Appointment Policies

To ensure a smooth experience for all clients and allow us to provide the best possible service, we kindly ask you to review the following appointment policies.

Reservations & Cancellations

We operate by appointment only, and your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you.

Appointments can be made through our booking page, by phone, or by email. If you need to reschedule or cancel, we kindly ask that you notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other clients.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and unexpected situations may arise. To best accommodate all clients and manage our schedule fairly, the following cancellation guidelines apply:

  • For shorter or standard services, at least 24 hours’ notice is appreciated. 

  • For longer or more complex services, including major colour changes or hair extensions, 48 hours’ notice may be required.

  • Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a fee, up to the full value of the booked service.

  • No-shows or appointments cancelled without notice may be charged in full.

Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances. We appreciate open communication and encourage clients to contact us as soon as possible if issues arise.

Appointment Confirmation

All appointments must be confirmed in order to be secured. You will receive a confirmation once your booking is successfully scheduled. If confirmation is not completed, the appointment may be released.

Payment Methods

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be communicated during booking or upon arrival.

Health Considerations

For the safety and comfort of all clients and staff, please inform us in advance of any relevant health conditions, allergies, skin sensitivities, or recent treatments that may affect your service. We reserve the right to modify or decline a service if it is not suitable at the time of the appointment.

If you are feeling unwell, we kindly ask that you contact us to reschedule your visit.

Gratuity

Gratuity is not included in service pricing and is always at the client’s discretion. It is appreciated but never expected.

Additional Considerations

  • Please arrive on time to ensure your service can be completed as scheduled.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

  • We reserve the right to adjust or decline services if expectations cannot be safely met.
